Fascia, Fluid, and Forks

Practitioner training in Vibrational Fascia Release Technique™ (VFRT), a hands-on method that pairs careful palpation with a 128 Hz weighted tuning fork. Astrion Academy developed VFRT and is its sole trainer.

Whether you're building a healing practice, adding to the one you have, or sharpening your skills, you learn the method step by step, and the results are yours to observe.

What the method looks like

VFRT is a palpation skill first. The fork goes where the hands find it should go.

Find it

Palpate the soft tissue where a client reports discomfort or restricted movement, to decide where the fork is placed.

Fork it

Activate the fork against your hand or knee and place its base at those points. Angle, depth, movement and grip are the skills.

Feel it

Keep your hands on the tissue and notice what changes. Clients often report greater comfort and easier movement; individual experiences vary.

Ways to learn

Every course is online, so you can learn at your own pace and come back to any lesson.

The book: Fascia, Fluid, and Forks

The ideas behind VFRT in one place: the body's fascia and interstitial fluid, the weighted fork, and the hands-on skills that bring them together.

About the book

VFRT is a complementary wellness technique. Practitioners describe what their hands feel and what clients report, never a diagnosis, and refer clients to a physician for anything that could be medical.
